Quality assurance is the difference between success and failure for your clinical trial. DP Clinical is committed to your success and ensures that our senior staff members are always available to the team directing your study.

Our experienced and well-trained project managers, CRAs, data management and biostatistics teams lay the foundation for high quality, with strict adherence to SOP guidelines, utilization of a validated and audit tracing data base management system and the security of your data are closely monitored throughout your trial. Our comprehensive in-house training program for all employees and our detailed SOPs ensure that all facets of your clinical trial are managed accurately and effectively. Finally, we regularly submit each facet of the organization to both internal and external audits for continued validation and refinement of all policies and procedures.

Clinical Operations – Project managers and CRAs are DP Clinical employees with multiple years of service. Each employee undergoes initial DP Clinical training for SOPs, and undergoes annual refresher training. All data is independently verified for accuracy.

Data Management – QC review processes are in place for every major element of the data management process and deliverables.

Biostatistics – Independent quality review provides the certainty that each analysis plan is consistent with the study’s scientific design. 

IT – Regular, independent audits are undertaken to ensure effectiveness of overall programs and security protocols.
